Psalm 9:10 WORDart

Happy Thursday!

Here is this week’s WORDart for you.  I just love this promise in His Word.  I am so thankful that I know His name is Jesus and that I can put my trust in Him and have confidence that He will not forsake me.  I feel like He is drawing me closer and closer to Him and proving to me how much I can trust Him.  I feel the words to that song, “’Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus” have more and more meaning to me the older I get.

Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him!

How I’ve proved Him o’er and o’er!

Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus!

O for grace to trust Him more!

I remember singing this song as a little girl in church, never realizing the meaning of the words, at least not quite the way I know them now.  I can look back on my life and see how I have learned to trust Him and how He is causing me to grow and trust Him more.  I am so thankful that we can grow in our relationship with Jesus Christ.  The only thing that limits our relationship with Him is us. <---Thought for the week. :)

I have had an insanely busy week so I don’t have anything fancy to share.  I hope you enjoy the WORDart and can use it for something.

Thank you for stopping by today.

Oh what a beautiful scripture alongside that beautiful hymn. I'm so glad the Lord saw it fit to put hymns in my heart, they minister to me constantly. Thanks for this wonderful WORDart, always pleased to see new things you have. Thanks for linking to Scripture Thursday. ~ Abby

Thank you for sharing your gorgeous scripture verses! One of my prayers has been to use my crafting time for God's glory and to be a blessing to others. God has been faithful to provide time and ideas as He has opened my eyes to those who need to know that I care and am praying. It is a blessing to have found your blog! Thank you!
