Psalm 37:5 WORDart

Happy Thursday!

Here is this week’s WORDart.  This was one of the first scriptures I remember learning as a child.  This is a wonderful scripture to learn when you are young and lean on as you grow older.  I don’t think you really realize what exactly it means to commit your way unto the Lord or to trust in Him when you are a child (at least I didn’t).  I trusted in my mom and dad to provide for me and let them trust in God.  Now, I am teaching my children this scripture and I hope they see that we are trusting in God to provide for us and that we are committing our way unto the Lord.  I hope as they grow older that they learn the peace that comes with committing their way—their plans—to the Lord and trusting in Him.  He has never, ever failed me!  I am so thankful that I can trust in Him.

I made a few printables for you this week.  I just couldn’t stop at one.  This one uses a beautiful freebie frame from the StarSunflower Studio.  The other images are from The NeareStore.

Karen, the way you've portrayed this important scripture is delightful. I really like the scrolly frame and the pink rose. Thanks so much for continuing to make this GREAT WORDart and for linking to Scripture Thursday.
