Word Art Wednesday Psalm 17:15

Happy Wednesday!

It’s so hard to believe we are already half way through the month of March.  Tomorrow is the first day of spring and they are forecasting temps in the 50’s.  That’s much better than the 30’s.  We’re getting there!  Pretty soon we will be complaining about how hot it is.

We have choices that we make every day.  Choices that affect us, and choices that affect those around us.  It is up to us to make the choice to serve the Lord and to live for Him…no one else can do that for us.  I love how this scripture says, “As for me”.  If you have been reading my blog for very long at all then you know that I love reading the Amplified version of the Bible; I just really love how it breaks the verse down.  I thought the Amplified version of this verse was so beautiful that I wanted to share it with you.

“As for me, I will continue beholding Your face in righteousness (rightness, justice, and right standing with You): I shall be fully satisfied, when I awake [to find myself] beholding Your form [and having sweet communion with you].”

My favorite time of the day is in the morning when it’s quiet, I’m the only one up, and I have that time with the Lord.  That sweet communion with him satisfies me like nothing else in this world ever could.  I am so thankful that being a Christian is more than just going to church and living a certain standard, but it’s about having a relationship with the Creator, with the One who died for our sins because He wants to spend eternity with us.  How awesome is that!

I couldn't have said that better myself, Karen. Being a Christian is all about relationship, not religion.

Thank you for another beautiful scripture word art. I have one on my blog right now if you care to pick it up.

Blessing hugs,
Teresa
