Word Art Wednesday Micah 7:7

It’s Word Art Wednesday and that means new wordart.  I pray this week finds you doing well and being blessed.

This week’s verse reminds us that we need to look unto the Lord for everything.  It is “normal” to look to Him when we are facing a tough situation, but we need to look to Him always.  I like how this verse says, “I will wait for the God of my salvation”.  The first part, “I will wait”, shows my role, and the second part, “the God of my salvation”, shows His role.  I am to wait, and He IS my salvation and when I wait on Him and seek Him, He will hear me.  I love the confidence of those words, “My God WILL hear me”.  What a comforting verse!

My kids and I took a little road trip to visit my parents and grandparents this past weekend.  Unfortunately, my husband had to work so he wasn’t able to come with us. We were a little worried about how Everett would handle the seven hour drive, but he did great. It was really wonderful to see my grandparents again as I haven’t seen them in quite a while.  We got to introduce them to their great, great grandson, Everett, and get five generation pictures.  It was a special time.

five generations

It was always my grandfathers dream to be a great, great grandfather and I am so excited that I got to be there when he met his great, great grandchild for the first time.  I feel so blessed.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
