Psalm 30:11 WORDart

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

I am so thankful for the joy that the Lord gives.  He can take any situation and turn it around for good.  He is a God of extreme opposites, mourning to dancing, sadness to gladness, darkness to light and I could go on and on.  What an awesome God he is!

The card~

I designed the card around some digital paper I found hiding away on my computer.  It matched beautifully with Aqua Mist and Melon Berry.  I layered a strip of Melon Berry grosgrain ribbon with some Aqua Mist I had die cut with the rick rack border die.  I also die cut the flowers with the Beautiful Blooms II dies 1 and 3.  I added a pearl to the center that I colored with a Copic R05 marker.  I added some glitter around the edge of the focal point and the Melon Berry button as well.  I love that look and it’s so much fun to do!

The WORDart can be downloaded HERE.

Karen: Another stunning card and another awesome promise. He is a GOOD God. He certainly has turned my mourning into dancing several times in my life.

Lovely word art, Karen! I am amassing quite a collection. :-) Love the digital paper--I've just started getting into it, and isn't it addictive? It's funny, but I'm working on a card right now with a lot of similarities to this one, except it's in purple & horizontal. GMTA! :-D
