The patterned paper is from my stash, I am not sure, but I think it may be DCWV. I sponged all the edges in tea dye distress ink. I distressed the edges of the tag and sponged Tea Dye distress ink on it as well, then used my Dymo labeler to print "Mom's Planner". I didn't have the exact color label I wanted, so I colored it with caramel alcohol ink. I finished it off by using a flower eyelet and tying a piece of hemp thread and a pencil charm to the tag.

Supplies: Paper-Bazzill, PTI white, DCWV pp; Ink-Momento Tuxedo Black, Tea Dye distress ink; Stamp-House Mouse Scuttle School; Copics, Dymo label maker, label punch, eyelet, hemp thread, charm, spica glitter pens, Fiskars diamond border punch
