I love the seasons! Here in Pennsylvania, we are blessed to have four distinct seasons and I love each and every one. Each season has qualities about it that I like and each season also has qualities about it that I don’t like. Take Fall for instance, the things I love about fall are its cooler temperatures, chilly nights, beautiful fall leaves, and the smell of the air to name a few, but I don’t like the shorter days and that it gets dark so early. The same is true with our lives, there are seasons that we go through that are wonderful, but then there are seasons that are not so lovely. One of my favorite sayings is, “This too shall pass”. This little saying has encouraged me many times. I am thankful that I can know that God is always with me in each season of my life and that He is directing my steps through the good times and the not so good times. I am thankful for His comfort and peace and that His joy is with me even in the darkest of times. God is ALWAYS good!

Time for me goes two ways, too fast when I'm loving it and too slow when I want something to be over. :) I am glad that the Lord has given us so many seasons in our lives to bring us closer to Himself!
