Word Art Wednesday–Isaiah 40:31

This is the second Wednesday in a row that I have missed posting the WORDart of the week.  Ugh!  I don’t know about you, but I have a love-hate relationship with Monday holidays.  I love having Mondays off, but it really messes me up with keeping track of the days.  Today feels like it should be Wednesday…so let’s just pretend for just this blog post that it is…okay.

Here is this week’s WORDart for you.  Please take a few moments to stop by the Word Art Wednesday blog and see what the design team has created and maybe even enter your art for a chance to win some great prizes.

Isaiah 40:31 WORDart by Karen for WAW personal use

This is such a well known scripture…one we have heard, and even quoted, over and over again.  Like a song that you sing mindlessly without really thinking about the words.  Have you experienced the strength of the Lord?  If you have, then you know it is worth the wait.  God’s strength is not like man’s strength.  It doesn’t grow tired or weary, it is effortless and has an unlimited supply.  He desires to give us His strength, but often times we are not willing to wait for His timing.  Sometimes He wants us to go through some things so that we can see the effect of His strength in our lives.  Sometimes we don’t even recognize His strength until we look back and see it.  We realize that as tough as the trial was, and seemed so impossible at the time, that we didn’t go through it alone.  He was there the whole time…holding us up and giving us the strength to run and not be weary and to walk and not faint.  If you feel like you are facing an impossible situation right now, please don’t do it alone.  Ask the Lord to give you His strength, He desires to give it to you.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
