Psalm 121: 1,2 WORDart and Printable

Happy Thursday!

I am feeling so blessed today.  I watched CNN last night and the devastation that Sandy left in New York and New Jersey was beyond my comprehension.  I feel so guilty for being worried about losing power when people lost their entire homes.  I am thankful that we did not sustain much damage from Sandy, but my heart and prayers are with those who did.

Here is the WORDart for this week.  I am so thankful that the same Lord that created the heaven and earth and is in control of everything that happens there is the same Lord who is my help!

My cousin took this picture of Mt. Katahdin in Maine.  Isn’t it beautiful with the snow covered mountain, the fall leaves and the ocean all in the same view?  You can not miss the beauty of nature in this picture.  As soon as I saw it this scripture came to my mind.  I knew I had to create WORDart for it and my cousin gave me permission to share it with my readers.  It is 4x6 and prints beautifully on glossy photo paper.

I to am thankful that I am safe from harm. I to pray that the Lord will meet the needs of those so affected by this force of nature. I love this passage and it often comes to mind as I look out my window at the mountains. There is no greater comfort than to be able to turn to the Lord himself!
Thank you for sharing and do tell your cousin that the picture is stunning!

Wonderful timely verse Karen. Thank you for the WORDart and the beautiful photograph with the verse already on it. Maine is my home state, but I've never been to this mountain. ~ Abby

It is good to know you are o.k. - for me here in NZ I are never quite sure where my 'bloggie friends' live in relation to Sandy.
Beautiful scripture and wonderful photo - thank you for sharing.
