Owl Celebration

For this masculine birthday card, I inked the argyle impression plate up with Versamark ink and then embossed the kraft cardstock.  I then die cut some rustic cream cardstock using the tag sale 1 die and stamped the leaves onto it using Simply Chartreuse ink.  I die cut the ticket border and the spiral notebook page from Simply Chartreuse cardstock and stamped the Woodgrain background onto them in Versamark.  I then stamped the ticket border, sentiment and diamonds in Burnt Umber.  The owl is stamped onto Fine Linen with Burnt Umber ink and hand cut.  I then finished off the card by wrapping some brown twine around the tag and adhering the Simply Chartreuse button tied with the same brown twine.  The owl is adhered with foam tape to give it some dimension.
