Blog Makeover and A Challenge

So, I spent pretty much the whole day yesterday working on my blog. I have been wanting to change it for a while. I got really sidetracked yesterday playing with a digital kit and it turned into my new blog header. Then, of course, I had to change everything. What do you think?

Last year for my birthday, my husband gave me a new SLR camera that I really wanted BAD. I will be really honest and tell you that it really intimidated me and for a long time I just used my trusty little point and shoot. Lately I have been using it to take the pictures of my cards and have become comfortable with that, but I don't use it for anything else. So, I am issuing myself a challenge to use it take a picture of something every day in the month of June. I have not decided if I will share the pictures here on my blog or not. I guess I will just have to wait and see how well they come out. (My pride is showing through.) I would like to think I am not alone in this and that someone out there would like to join me. It doesn't need to be for the same reasons, think of how much fun it could be to take a random picture everyday for a month.
